Geoff Smith excelled in post secondary school and graduated from Mount Royal College with a business diploma in 2001. Soon after graduation he discovered a love for real estate. He began his prestigious career in Real Estate in April 2002. In 2010, with nearly a decade of experience under his belt, Geoff sought out a new challenge – his Broker’s License. In May of last year, Geoff passed the Broker’s exams and is now an Associate broker with the Sylvia Smith Team. Cory’s successful real estate career evolved from hands-on experience in the electrical and plumbing trades, as well as a background in business. Cory attended Mount Royal College in 1998, taking business and management courses. Following his time at Mount Royal, Cory attended the plumbing and electrical programs at SAIT. Cory graduated from SAIT as a licensed journeyman electrician in 2003. Wanting to combine his business knowledge with his practical experience in the trades, Cory became a licensed real estate agent with the Calgary Real Estate Board in 2004. Stacey Law is an unlicensed Real Estate Assistant and Team Coordinator with over 8 years customer service experience. Prior to re-joining the Sylvia Smith Team she worked in the field of Corporate Relocation for 3 years with Brookfield Global Relocation Services (formally Royal LePage Relocation Services). In her years as a Relocation Specialist, Stacey handled the smooth transition for corporate employees being relocated with such prestigious companies as, ConocoPhillips, Imperial Oil, Exxon, and Suncor. At the same time she was developing and maintaining a strong relationship with the corporate client and suppliers (lawyer, movers, appraisers, etc.). Scott Trussler has been in the Recreation business for the past 10 years specializing in Park Model Sales and helping clients get luxury second homes in the all resorts around Alberta and BC.
Known as Scottie’s Certified Park Models & RV they supplied over 250 Park Models and was known for superior service. Very proud of the fact that most of his business the last few years was mainly repeat and referral business.
Scott realized many of his clients were coming to the age where they wanted to sell their big homes and have a smaller Canadian home as well as a place to go where it is warm during the winter. Other clients wanted to sell their Canadian recreational properties but were having problems selling them.
Scott then decided to go back to school and get his Real Estate licence. After attaining his licence he went right back to classes to earn Certified Condominium Specialist certificate and signed up to become a rural specialist. These areas will help when he assists his many clients fulfill their dreams to live the life they deserve by making sure all areas of the transactions are taken care of. Whether that be the selling of their house, the purchase of something smaller in Canada, or finding what they want in the “south”.
